And the "Negro Please Award" Goes To...

I'm going to be extra vigilant in this New Year for "hot button words & topics" used by so called "Black Conscious Leaders" just the same as lecherous false preachers. They use these words or catch phrases to get Black folks riled up to where our emotional reaction outmatches our intellectual response, and we're swept up in their snake oil false theories, conspiracies, and pseudo-science. I will support no one who is a proven charlatan just because they are a Black person or a professed Christian even if they are blood related to me. All they're getting from me is a "Negro Please Award" to get out of my face.

One aspect of my focus will be to help debunk the "okey doke" so people truly are "woke" by the truth and don't just say they're woke as a catch phrase. I expect to be called many derogatory names by my own people, but I know my own name and who I am, so it doesn't bother me. Black People are always the most vicious towards our own for telling an unpopular truth or daring to be different, yet have the nerve to talk about how white people don't do this or that to their own in comparison while we're mistreating one another in our hypocrisy.
Black People who don't know who they are or what their purpose is are those who are always looking for a "messiah" to do for them what they are too lazy minded to do for themselves. Ignorance is bliss for them, and acquiescence to inconvenient truth is frightening to them. These types of people need a "black leader" to also be their fall guy or excuse for why they don't make it when or if that leader fails. This is why they make constant nostalgic allusions back to great Black leaders of the past. They also need a mythical "black messiah" to blame the dreaded "almighty whitey" who they obsess over with constant conspiracy theories in tow more than they ever have positive solutions for the advancement of their own people.
These so called leaders are scam artists pulling at your heartstrings to get you to pull out your money in support of them for frivolous or dishonest causes that only enrich them off of you. Don't trust these struggling niggas! They're not "Overcoming Black People" deserving of your respect or time, but they are just rusty, dusty, crusty poverty pimps & hope hustlers and that's all. They will forever keep you identifying with "the struggle" and a "nigga mindset" because our struggle equals cash dollars for them while getting nothing for you.
I'm done with the endless "struggle" mentality and these struggling phony Black leaders who don't practice what they preach and are poor leaders to their own families. The sun does still shine and everyday is not 24-hours of darkness or nighttime. At some point we need to truly wake up to this and stop allowing ourselves to be duped into riding this carousel of "black hopelessness". We weren't meant to forever struggle but to overcome and win. It's time to build overcomers and become a victorious Black People who don’t forever live in “the struggle”. ~ Mr. Blaktastic
