H.R.40 - Reparations, Filibuster, or the "You Negroes Shut Up" Bill?

Is H.R.40 really about reparations or is it a crafty "y'all hush" filibuster to give the appearance that the Democratic party is serious about the issue of reparations to ADOS (American Descendants Of Slaves) in order to help the DNC control the Black vote? It is not meant to help give ADOS reparations but to further delay and perhaps even deny them. Pay close attention to the wording. The first paragraph clearly states the purpose of this reintroduced bill is, "to establish a commission study and consider a national apology and proposal for reparations for the institution of slavery..." This is just a slick unorthodox filibuster presented as a bill to shut us up, and they will filibuster the filibuster to prevent writing the check while seeking Black votes.

IDENTITY DISPLACEMENT - "Who Are You?"

"Identity Displacement" - A social phenomena shared among Black slave descendants in the Americas who have been forcibly separated from their national ethnic heritage of origin through slavery, systemic oppression, cultural suppression, and the denial of equality or humane treatment while being subjected to abject cruelty, brutality and abuse physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually through racism. It effects Black American slave descendants psychologically, socially, and spiritually by robbing them of accurate knowledge about their ancestry, and forcing them to either accept their captor's culture or create one as a replacement to fill in the historical blanks of their family tree.

Blaktastic Thoughts on Black People

It's a shame that Black people in America only unify in prison when it's forced upon us to survive, but on the outside we're often enemies against each other. Nothing can stop us but us. We live in the United States of America under a tentative freedom while people we vote into office to represent our best interest legislate against our interests to represent people who aren't interested in us other than to use us to further their agenda. We still fall for the "okey doke" as long the okey doing the dokey talks that talk and looks good doing it.

"Dear GOP" - A Message From A Former Black Supporter

Dear GOP,

I haven't written you in a while; probably since I left you six years ago. But this newest embarrassment made me drop you a line. Hopefully, you'll take heed.

Throw Out The Bathwater But Keep The Baby

I threw out the "bathwater" but kept the "baby" because it can grow & learn. Always keep the good and throw out the bad but don't avoid discovering the good just because there is bad around it. There's a difference between being a "student" and being a "disciple". As a disciple of Yeshua the Christ I study the Scriptures and follow him in faith for my lifestyle & moral compass. As a student I study philosophy from all over the world such as that of Confucius, Sun Tzu, Mushashi, Lao Tzu, Zhuangzi, Griot wisdom and many others to learn concerning the world I live in.

Christie Blasey-Ford vs. Brett Kavanaugh... IT AIN'T MY PROBLEM!

What allegedly happened between Christie Ford & Brett Kavanaugh 36-yrs ago became an interlude in the hypocrisy of our Democracy. It was a political fiasco involving two elite whites around a sensitive social issue that was weaponized by opportunistic politicians to manipulate the masses with it. It wasn't about women & sexual assault; that was just the smokescreen to hide the ninja. It was only interesting to me to examine how we judge between the genders, and how divisive these gender biased movements truly are among the people.

"My Name Is Depression" (A Mental Health Profile)

If I could snap my fingers to disappear from off the face of the Earth and make everybody forget I ever existed then I would do it. I'm not suicidal, nor have any desire to harm myself or others, but sometimes I think I would be better off forgotten about and others would be better off forgetting about me. I don't even want to remember me or each day that goes by.

The Illegal Immigrant, Racism, & White Supremacy Triangle

Does illegal immigration, racism, and white supremacy all connect in the United States of America? For most it may be easy to see how racism & white supremacy are connected, but is there any connection with those two also to the current immigration crisis we are seeing at the southern borders of the U.S.? Is there another agenda at work beyond racism or is there no connection at all? Let's exam this as I present my thoughts to you on it.

The Flawed Philosophy of The “Killmongers” in the Black Diaspora

We have a lot of intelligent angry voices in the Black Diaspora but very few strategist among them who understand how to fight or win a war. Our concepts of warfare, playing the "long game", or building a nation are lacking. Some of us are far too diplomatic and others are much too aggressive in our mindset. Both mentalities are recipes for a losing strategy that will keep us on the carousel of defeat in any long term physical, psychological, social, political, or economic conflict. I can tell just based on how some Black people see Killmonger as the revolutionary hero in the Black Panther movie and wrongly call T'Challa a sellout when he is the true hero that still tried to save Killmonger even at the end.

The Black Panther Movie vs. Black Pseudo Revolutionary & Intellectual Stupidity

Did you know the Black Panther comic book character actually predates the Black Panther Party? The Black Panther character was first released in July 1966 in a series of comics titled "Jungle Action" with the storyline written by Don McGregor, and the BPP was officially formed in October 1966. Stan Lee had to briefly change the name of the character to the "Black Leopard" because of the perception that he made the character and the fictional nation of Wakanda as an homage to the Black Panther Party.

Why Black People Keep Losing

If Black People as a whole are winning then how is it we seem like perpetual losers by our own hand more than by others we constantly rail against? When I was in the U.S. Marines I learned warfare tactics, such as scouting out an area long before the enemy arrived to make small almost unnoticeable adjustments to the terrain just subtly enough to maneuver the enemy into our traps & range. We also sometimes set up dummy traps they would see as misdirection to further maneuver them where we really wanted them to go. It was basically making them come to us on our terms.

Blind Black Love For Pro-black & Church Frauds

Dear Black Folks, It is a unicorn fable that somehow when one person disagrees, points out chicanery, abusive behavior, or the criminal activity of another that it hurts Black People or your chosen religious body. Stop asking people to give your spiritual or pro-black conscious frauds another chance, or to always sit down and work it out when there's friction between various ones. We don't need to unify behind bull-crap.

And the "Negro Please Award" Goes To...

I'm going to be extra vigilant in this New Year for "hot button words & topics" used by so called "Black Conscious Leaders" just the same as lecherous false preachers. They use these words or catch phrases to get Black folks riled up to where our emotional reaction outmatches our intellectual response, and we're swept up in their snake oil false theories, conspiracies, and pseudo-science. I will support no one who is a proven charlatan just because they are a Black person or a professed Christian even if they are blood related to me. All they're getting from me is a "Negro Please Award" to get out of my face.

Poor White Ain't Poor Black

It seems there's an expectation for Black People to feel sorry for all the "poor white people" in America and consider them "honorary Black folks". There are always a few Blacks & Latinos who think this, and many Asians tend to side with whites. There are some outstanding individuals who truly stand for equality & justice that I consider friends and will stand with, but beyond them collectively poor white people embrace their white privilege with no intention of working for equality. Until white people consistently confront other white people on racism then don't expect Black People to "get over it".

When Should I Protest???

By sitting & kneeling during the national anthem Colin Kapernick took a strong stand against racial injustice that has exposed America for not standing for what it claims the flag & anthem represents when it comes to Black People. If Colin Kaepernick didn't sit or kneel for the national anthem there would be no discussion at all about racial injustice, and things would continue as they have been with no justice or progress. In truth, we still haven't progressed or gotten justice, but Colin's stance has at least made many more uncomfortably aware of the issues. It is unfortunate that there is more emphasis on disrespect for the flag or the national anthem than the continual disrespect of Black People in America; which is why the protests were started.

If We Fight Can We Win?

The U.S.A doesn't have to fight a war it can't win if we stop it before it starts. Many Black People feel like white people and the U.S. government are already at war against them, but Black People have yet to fully fight back, and I pray that we don't have to. However, if we're forced into such actions to defend ourselves as well as to obtain equality and justice then I'll be doing more than just praying. Some who claim to be Christians as I do or of some other religious persuasion may fear that I'm calling for violence, but I'm calling for God given common sense. In the biblical book of Esther when the Jews were in a similar situation as Black People in America are today they weren't instructed to march or sing but were told to fight back after they had already prayed. Black People have a right to live freely in peace as human beings, and to also fight for those rights.

Me, Us, and Bill Cosby

Recently I was asked how I felt about Bill Cosby now with all the allegations and revelations about him having come out; especially during his recent mistrial for sexual assault. My answer is this: I can forgive him but I can't forget how he indulged himself at not only those women's expense but ours also as his fans, supporters, and of those who believed in him because of the message he pretended to portray. It makes it harder at the thought that he has the audacity to want to hold town hall meetings about sexual assault. This is not about a white supremacy conspiracy but about what Bill Cosby has admitted to himself and been brought out by others.

White Supremacy + Racism = Global Destruction

Racism & White Supremacy are the most brutally violent social ideologies ever created or put into practice on a global scale as well as the world's greatest and most wicked "affirmative action" programs. "White Nationalism" is not "white pride" but is "Terrorism" that is systematically enforced against non-white masses even after granting these colonized peoples the illusion of freedom or equal citizenship in order to domesticate them. Not all white people are White Supremacists but ALL PEOPLE are victims of white supremacy; including the racists themselves, because racism has given white society a false sense of security.

HOW TO BECOME A SCHOLAR

So you consider yourself a "scholar" and like challenging others to debates to prove yourself? Having a degree doesn't necessarily make anyone a scholar but nor does being a well read autodidact (self taught person) make you one either. It's how well you accurately research information and can communicate that research to others that makes you a true scholar. If all your information is from memes or YouTube videos then it means you don't know anything. It just shows that you are a blind follower of other people's information based on how well it sounds but not on how right it actually is.

You're Not An Immigrant!

It irritates me a great deal that anyone who is a person of melanin born in the Western Hemisphere either in Europe or the Americas that is a slave descendant or descendant of colonized native peoples would call themselves an immigrant or allow that false label. We were enslaved & colonized in Africa and the Americas. We didn't immigrate anywhere. Our ancestors "migrated", not "immigrated", to vastly unsettled lands and built thriving civilizations there. We weren't even infected with certain diseases until the Europeans invaded with their own diseases and wiped out entire ethnic cultures with them.
